I have always believed that people can feel the difference when healthcare is personal.
At NextDoor, we did not build this clinic just to be another place patients visit when they are sick. We built it because families, workers, parents, seniors, and people quietly carrying health struggles deserve a place that feels close, familiar, respectful, and easy to trust.
As a family nurse practitioner, I have seen how frustrating healthcare can feel: long waits, rushed visits, confusing bills, unanswered questions, and patients feeling like they are just another number. We wanted to create something different. A clinic where you can walk in for urgent needs, come back for ongoing primary care, receive help with weight loss, or occupational health, and still feel like the same team knows you and cares about what happens next.
For me, NextDoor means exactly what the name says. We want to be the medical team next door: accessible, compassionate, clinically thoughtful, and present when our community needs us.
Whether you are here for a sore throat, a work physical, blood pressure follow-up, medical weight loss support, or a private conversation about recovery, our goal is the same: to treat you with dignity, listen carefully, and help you move forward with confidence.

Do you offer private MAT or recovery care?
Yes. We offer private, respectful recovery care with medication-assisted treatment. You can request a confidential appointment, and we protect your privacy at every step.
Do you take insurance and self-pay patients?

Can employers use NextDoor for occupational health?
Yes. We work with local employers for DOT physicals, drug testing, pre-employment exams, and work injury care. You can request an employer account on our Employer Account page.
